Indoor soccer captains' guide

We know how much work it is to captain a team, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the job done. This guide will show you the ins and outs.

No rule changes this season

We haven't updated the rules since last season, but remember that you need 4 roster players by game time (:05 on the clock) to start the game, including two players of each gender. Subs from other teams or outside the league who aren't on your roster don't count. Please confirm with the other team captain and the coordinator if you need to forfeit a game.

Indoor Soccer Rules

First game is Thursday, Jan. 16

The Thursday league starts Jan. 16. Most games will be played at Wâhkôhtowin School, but we will be at Shaw Centre Tommy Douglas gym on Feb. 20.

• Jan. 16 – first games.

• Feb. 20 – games at Shaw Centre Tommy Douglas gym.

• March 27 – no games.

Games will be at either 6:30, 7:30, or 8:30 PM. There are no doubleheaders or byes.

Playoffs between the top 4 teams will be on April 3, with the semi-finals at 6:30 and 7:30 PM, and the final at 8:30 PM.

Sign the waiver to play
